Service to convert positioning coordinates into spatial objects in order to find out overlapping, matching, etc

This service integrates with the Location server to convert the Location Agent messages into an aproximated position of the user detected. To do that the service needs a map of Location Agents and its detection range.

A prototype implementation has been tested by Prodevelop.
