Overview

Provides a simple and easy configuration mechanism for the system.

Basically, it monitors configuration files placed under a specified directory, and creates/updates configuration objects through the OSGi Configuration Admin Service.

It detects when new configuration files are dropped in, updated, or remvoved from the specified configuration directory, acting accordingly on the OSGi configuration objects.
