Social networking is a new way of communication, and after desktop platforms expansion, Facebook, Twitter and other applications have arrived to the mobile world. In the table below, we can see a comparative between the different platforms and how they support these social networks.

As we can see, there are an important difference between these kind of platforms, traditionally more used, and open source platforms where social networks applications are supported by third party companies [1].
